A Call To Action from

Pastor of The Temple of Inner Peace and Property
A Personal and Economic Development Ministry
Although this discussion is grounded in an African American context, this is a universal message on history and economics in which certain issues remain unresolved and must be addressed as a nation, before we can heal and move on.
Once again, we need to raise our collective consciousness as we look at the impact slavery and racism has had and continues to have on the African American Community. We will look into how the system of oppression operates, "literally", and how we can make changes in our own lives, by working together, combining our Time, Talents and Treasures. A "vision" worth working towards, and it could be fun, taking control of our lives and making money at the same time.
We have all been made into slaves (debtors) because the same strategies used to enslave, colonize and oppress the African is now gradually being used on the American society. White America feels the same way, but of course they are conflicted, because they like things the way they are., but, they are disappointed with government, and don't exactly know what to do. They march on Wall Street, but don't have a plan. The plan on the table is based upon Personal Development and Unity and the resources to create a new government will appear as outlined.
The QUARTERLY is written to be conscious raising, puts the American Dream into Perspective, AND makes available to you the material, tools and services needed to get started on the process of renewal. This is college at an affordable price. You will have an interactive experience with me your professor, and others as they come on board. As you journey through life. I am someone who is always encouraging and happy about your success, and, will help you along the way. How many people do you know, like that? Other than hopefully your parents.
As you can see, the investment is small, but if you need to pay more to make you feel better, please feel free because you obviously recognize the value of knowledge. I want education to become available to the 50 million poor. I want this to become a paradigm shift in the psyche of our American family - self study. We are in the same Corporation called America, whether we like it or not. The people, need to understand how the Corporation works, and how to participate, in making it better, by first making your financial department (racial group) functional, so when we meet in the public sector, there is mutual respect and understanding because we will all understand the same cash flow thing.
So, let us together, take a real compelling look at the African American experience and extrapolate from it a broader economic world view, as to how other people's lives are being affected, and how interconnected we are and what we have to do to change. If we don't learn from history, it will repeat itself, and the history you are ignoring may soon be knocking at your door.
The objective of this quarterly message is to "persuade" the world to continue to grow toward a more just and peaceful co-existence through mutual respect, hard work and dedication.
If you look at it, we all want the same things. We want to be able to earn a decent wage, live in peace, raise our children, purchase a home, live in a safe environment, without being jacked daily by the police, good community schools, college, vacations, live debt free and enjoy a prosperous retirement, where your accumulated wealth pays the bills each month.
The American Dream!
We live in a complex 21st century society, where we must learn how to participate and grow, as part of that larger world society, which is primarily a business oriented society. A system whereby, each and every month you must generate enough income to keep functioning and paying your way forward in life. This can be very stressful, even when you prepare yourself. The ultimate objective, is being able to live off your wealth at retirement because it has become self fueling.
The statistics show, that the 50 million poor and the 50 million shrinking middle class (100 million) Just Over Broke, J.O.B., are the victims of corporations that have no "moral compass". The "people", have been relegated to the "powerless" consumer class. We must also redefine wealth and how much does community self sufficiency come into the analysis.
It's time in African American history that the people must evolve once again, in that we can invest in ourselves and also increase productivity, if we are are to survive and grow in this new world economy.

My youngest student is currently 11 years old . When he was in pre school and kindergarten, the system told his parents, he was autistic, and needed to be put on drugs. I'm not a doctor, but I imagine it was two things. 1. He was either not getting enough exercise and/or 2. He was bored. He couldn't sit still in class. I told the parents from the start, "Do not fall for that nonsense, of drugging your children, making them drug addicts at a very young age."
This child turned out to be a genius and is doing just fine. For example, in addition to school, at the age of eleven, he is starting to write songs and he sings like a grown young man. When I first heard him sing. I felt him in my spirit. What a talent to be developed. We will introduce him at our seminars in a few years to encourage our other young children.
It started, when I left a text book for the family to review (Black Family - Husband - Wife - 5 boys) because I was trying for years, to turn my friend and his family on to this great opportunity of financial management and starting a business, instead of relying on the government. I discovered that the eleven year old was reading the book a little everyday when he got home from school. His mother told me he had been asking her questions about the material in the book.
It started not by my constant inquiries, into whether they were on the website, and looking at the book, but when their youngest child "genius", picked up the book. The last time I went by, he came and started talking with me on his own. The youngest of 5 young boys in the family. The website came up, and he immediately went to the computer and pulled up the site. Is this you, he asked? You are a lawyer, he asked, you must make a lot of money, well, sometimes, I responded. The family is now being engaged because of their 11 year old son, got them going. Now, the whole family sits down on a regular basis going through the material. They are a very talented family, and this is the perfect time to understand money management. Both parents are now working and the wife has started her own business and has a product, that she makes, which is actually making money. She didn't know, if she was making money, or not, so I showed her how to calculate her unit costs, so she will know how much money is being made on each sale. I realized my nagging was actually working, because it was all in planting the "seed of opportunity".

Our objective is to help create small groups of individuals who join forces and discuss this home study material and bring this ministry into their homes. Getting Out of Debt
Builds Stronger Families
 How do you get out of Debt? Getting out of debt is like curing a physical cancer, which means some changes must be made to affect a cure! In order for this process to work, it is very important to be able to produce “sufficient income”, in the first instance, which is defined here as, having not only enough income to support you and your family, but enough income left over to get you out of debt while improving your mind, body and soul. Therefore, we have to manage the resources we do have and find more income in the process. This is done by starting businesses while spending and doing business together. Please understand that the goal of all good money managers is their attempt to achieve a positive “cash flow”, whether it is in your home or business enterprise. So, how do you reach your goal of being debt free and begin the process of creating wealth? As discussed previously, you must have a sufficient income. The book I have written and discussed herein, takes you through a detailed real life strategic approach on how to get out of debt. I have a wealth creation formula, called the 25-75 rule. This simply means that the first 25% of your after tax income is for you to pay yourself first, to be allocated as follows (10% Tithing of Your Time, Talents and Treasures) invested into an organization that uses your contributions to benefit you in your spiritual, physical and economic growth through training and educational forums. It only makes sense, that if you spend 20 years with an organization, you should have something impeccable to show for it. This is how our 21st Century Ministry operates by planting seeds of progress into your personal growth and development within a group setting of positive individuals who want to improve themselves and each other, creating a prosperous environment of achievers. The 10% builds a strong network and forum of individuals, investors and businesses who will support you in your personal growth and development. The remaining 75% will be invested in your basic survival needs, such as your food, clothing, shelter, entertainment and transportation. So, now you should be able to see why getting out of debt is so important. This 25 -75 rule leads to balanced spiritual and fiscal growth. A positive cash flow will make your spirit feel really good about itself, although we should know that your spirit, is a separate entity from the flesh. Those who tell you money is not good for you, and the root of all evil, are the main ones trying to separate you from your money. A positive cash flow will allow you to work hard, but yet enjoy the fruits of your labor while stashing some cash flow aside like a squirrel for the winter and your future enjoyment. The goal is to become more spiritual, physically fit and financially responsible. Wealth is not only developed on the outside, but is developed on the inside as well. Now, we put talk into actual practice with the use of the household “budget”. Make your budget your best friend. The budget will highlight areas that need your attention and with further training, the household and business budget will guide you through the peaks and valleys of financial opportunity. It is also scriptural that a person, who is responsible over a few things, will be blessed with even more abundance. So you see we have covered the laws of God which are reflected in being personally responsible and we also covered the laws of man, which we must learn to manage to they can serve us more efficiently. “Money” is the tool we use to serve our earthly needs which will also help us to clear our minds in reaching our heavenly earthly purpose of being of service to other's. The Extinct Black Male
Often called the "Home Boy" is depicted as an "Extinct Species". It was last seen in Urban America around the early 21st Century, and like the Dinosaur he died out due to the inability to adapt to his changing environment.
How To Destroy A Black Man --And His Family-- It is being predicted that 75% of Black Males will be Unemployed or Unemployable in the Next Few Years unless the Black Community intervenes. What will this mean? [Black Males Becoming an Extinct Species!]. The destruction of the Black male starts at birth and continues (in many ways) throughout his life in America. Part of the equation of his destruction is indicated in the following paragraphs. A man cannot be a man without money to do the things manhood requires of him. If you can deny a man a source of income, you have set in motion the process of his self-destruction and family deterioration. Without an income a man is embarrassed and insecure. Eventually he loses the respect and cooperation of his woman and children. If this situation continues long enough he becomes depressed. If he remains depressed long enough he becomes frustrated. If he remains frustrated long enough he feels hopeless. If he remains hopeless long enough he becomes desperate. If he remains desperate long enough he becomes self destructive, engaging in crime and drug abuse, even instances of aberrant behavior. If he is self destructive along with everything else, he then may become suicidal or insane. He probably has little or no morals and does not care about what’s right or wrong at this point, unless and until someone intervenes. Now that these unfortunate ones are hurting, angry and addicted to the ills of this wicked society, they often develop a violent attitude as part of their self-defense, expression of manhood, need for love and to fill a void of not having the potential or opportunity to do something noble and meaningful with their life. White America and indifferent Black's just want the these outcast Black men to be nice and suffer peacefully until death. Black males are not born misfits, they just develop bad conduct depending on the overall circumstances of their life and lack of support structure while growing up and maturing. Some of these Black men (want to) have tried to be a better person, but they are not strong enough to break out of the web of ills and destruction this wicked American society has engulfed them in. They need special help. Many of them can be redeemed. However, the so called good people are too busy. They have stop caring, trying to understand or having any time for the down and outer's. So they (the unfortunate ones) seek refuge with others like themselves who understand and support them. You might refer to some of them as gangs, lazy bums, niggers, homeless, unemployed, dope addicts, criminals etc. Many of us who scorn and look down on the unfortunate ones today will be forced to join their ranks tomorrow because of undesirable circumstances. The many of us who refuses to see and understand what American society has done to them, will be forced to accept reality ready or not. Americans are being bombarded from all angles – and trying to hid behind our fear, religion, state of denial and other manufactured excuses will not save us. During moments of desperation and insanity the Black man can be a menace to himself and the community. Now that a few Black men are a menace, all Black men are considered and classified as a menace to society. This is white America’s excuse to destroy all Black men if possible. Black people are now considered worthless and useless by America. America has a new source of laborers. Once you are considered worthless and a menace to society, your destruction is scientifically designed and prepared for you by your enemy using all means necessary:

The Making of A Slave By Willie Lynch

This speech was delivered by Willie Lynch on the bank of the James River in the colony of
Virginia in 1712. Lynch was a British slave owner in the West Indies. He was invited to the colony of Virginia in 1712 to teach his methods to slave owners there. The term “lynching” is derived from his last name.

Greetings,
Gentlemen. I greet you here on the bank of the James River in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and twelve. First, I shall thank you, the gentlemen of the Colony of Virginia, for bringing me here. I am here to help you solve some of your problems with slaves. Your invitation reached me on my modest plantation in the West Indies, where I have experimented with some of
the newest, and still the oldest, methods for control of slaves. Ancient Rome would envy us if my program is implemented. As our boat sailed south on the James River, named for our illustrious King, whose version of the Bible we cherish, I saw enough to know that your problem is not unique. While Rome used cords of wood as crosses for standing human bodies along its highways in great numbers, you are here using the tree and the rope on occasions. I caught the whiff of a dead slave hanging from a tree, a couple miles back. You are not only losing valuable stock by hangings, you are having uprisings, slaves are running away, your crops are sometimes left in the fields too long for maximum profit, you suffer occasional fires, your animals are killed.
Gentlemen, you know what your problems are; I do not need to elaborate. I am not here to enumerate your problems, I am here to introduce you to a method of solving them. In my bag here, I HAVE A FULL PROOF METHOD FOR CONTROLLING YOUR BLACK SLAVES. I guarantee every one of you that, if installed correctly, IT WILL CONTROL THE SLAVES FOR AT LEAST 300 HUNDREDS YEARS. My method is simple.
Any member of your family or
your overseer can use it. I HAVE OUTLINED A NUMBER OF DIFFERENCES AMONG THE
SLAVES; AND I TAKE THESE DIFFERENCES AND MAKE THEM BIGGER. I USE FEAR,
DISTRUST AND ENVY FOR CONTROL PURPOSES. These methods have worked on my modest plantation in the West Indies and it will work throughout the South. Take this simple little list of differences and think about them. On top of my list is “AGE,” but it’s there only because it starts with an “a.” The second is “COLOR” or shade. There is INTELLIGENCE, SIZE, SEX, SIZES OF PLANTATIONS, STATUS on plantations, ATTITUDE of owners, whether the slaves live in the valley, on a hill, East, West, North, South, have fine hair, course hair, or is tall or short.
Now that you have a list of differences, I shall give you an outline of action, but before that, I shall assure you that DISTRUST IS STRONGER THAN TRUST AND ENVY STRONGER THAN ADULATION, RESPECT OR ADMIRATION. The Black slaves after receiving this indoctrination shall carry on and will become self-refueling and self-generating for HUNDREDS of years, maybe THOUSANDS. Don’t forget, you must pitch the OLD black male vs. the YOUNG black male, and the YOUNG black male against the OLD black male. You must use the DARK skin slaves vs. the LIGHT skin slaves, and the LIGHT skin slaves vs. the DARK skin slaves. You must use the FEMALE vs. the MALE, and the MALE vs. the FEMALE. You must also have white servants and overseers [who] distrust all Blacks. But it is NECESSARY THAT YOUR SLAVES TRUST AND DEPEND ON US. THEY MUST LOVE, RESPECT AND TRUST ONLY US.
Gentlemen, these kits are your keys to control. Use them. Have your wives and children use them, never miss an opportunity.
IF USED INTENSELY FOR ONE YEAR, THE SLAVES THEMSELVES WILL REMAIN PERPETUALLY DISTRUSTFUL.

Show some empathy and join this ministry. Your parents may not have been a slave owner, and we know, a few black's owned slaves as well. Those who can, just try to understand the African American experience, and how this ministry provides the rope to pull each other out of the slippery slope of poverty, oppression and frustration by encouraging each other to stop hating and rebuilding. No more "crab in the barrel" syndrome, because we can now lift each other up and profit from helping one another by sharing a program of personal development and economic empowerment. So enjoy the lessons and then take action! Use this material to start a dialogue across our Black Communities and America in general, and a movement that every person will become a "Member" of the TEMPLE OF INNER PEACE AND PROSPERITY. A New Ministry in Excellence! This is a nondenominational ministry and the issues discussed here are issues which need to be discussed across racial lines. There are even White Americans who feel that they are being marginalized and discriminated against in one form or another and are powerless as a result. A new generation of scientists, business leaders, doctors, lawyers, judges, inventors, contractors, state representatives and family businesses will come out of this educational process, simply because we must become the solution to our own dilemma, especially when we have the resources and ability to do so, but, can we muster the will and determination to evolve together, by joining hands within the Black Community!
The "mystery" is this, that everybody really loves Black People, but Black People don't love each other and have low self esteem.

IT WILL TAKE 100 MILLION AMERICANS, THE BACKBONE OF AMERICA TO CHANGE ITS POLICIES AND ELECT A MORE REPRESENTATIVE GOVERNMENT BY BECOMING BETTER INFORMED CITIZENS.
There are two governments. The one we elect every 4 years and the permanent civil service government. Our government is dysfunctional because the permanent government doesn't always listen to the transitional government.
Sometimes the permanent government doesn't get the funding needed from the transitional government, so it goes into business for itself. For example, the Iran-Contra scandal getting their financing by flooding the inner cities with cocaine, turned into crack cocaine, getting its citizens addicted to drugs and now arresting them for having and using the drugs, put their by them. We have drugs and guns that are not manufactured in our communities.
A tool of genocide and control!
So, now let us take a brief journey through the "war on drugs" judicial system.
All the drugs and weapons are flown into our country, and dropped into our communities by the wealthy and our government in order to finance lofty life styles. Drugs even make it into the prison system. Our criminal justice and judicial system, likes the money they receive from the war on drugs, at the expense of individuals and families.
They use drugs and money to "bait" the people into crime. The active word is "bait". Then they call it crime. The amazing thing is that a large majority of our legislatures are actual criminals. They commit fraud, write bad checks, drunk driving, using government funds for personal expenses, spousal abuse, taking bribes, and much more. These same legislatures pass laws to incarcerate non violent offenders, based upon this strategy of entrapment.
The war on drugs started in 1971 and after 43 years of destroying lives, we are now taking a look at the implications of such a policy. We have destroyed the creative and productive fabric of our nation for generations to come. A cancer out of control. We can't be a society where it takes half a century to determine that a policy is crippling to its citizens in order to keep a certain segment of society rich, and getting richer off their illegal cancerous activity.
This is modern day"Willie Lynch/"Jim Crow" slavery created to put black folks back in their place and now, the shrinking predominately white middle class as well, as it evaporates into a color blind society where everyone is victimized. Not only did they make African Americans criminals through the legislative act of "re-capturing slaves". The real difference between capitalism and socialism is "slavery". The auction block is now the American stock Exchange where the prison industrial complex gauges stock prices, based upon the prison occupancy rate, which means police must actively seek new inmates, who are given longer sentences, which means overcrowded facilities, handed down by judges with minimum sentencing guidelines. The upper class poor go to the military.
What happened to the separation of powers?
Now, we have identified, the slave catching system and the auction block.
The prosecutor who we have seen will engage in every tactic available and unimaginable to make sure a person goes to jail and then a trial among peers not their own. A direct violation of the constitution!
The public defender is overworked and not allowed to actually get you off, just to plea bargain you into the system. If the public defender actually defended you, it would bog down the criminal system.
So, you have the police department "slave catcher's", the prosecutor, the public defender, the judge, federal funding, private prisons and the stock exchange on the same team. Where is the check and balance in the system? Sounds like a violation of "Due Process" and the "Equal Protection Clause". The governments keeps these statistics so the case is very easy to prove.
Every contact with this Criminal System punishes the poor because if they can't pay the fees, they will eventually end up n jail. The poor will not show up if they can't pay the fee, now, you have a warrant and you're eventually going to jail, and if they catch up with you, before you, appear in court on your own.
This is a vagrancy law - Black Codes and
Jim Crow!
This is not about separatism or racism. We are too interconnected for this, but we can address an American problem which must create a new world of thinking citizens, by changing what it means to be an "American". An America that is not divided by race or religion, but a people connected to each other for the good of each other and humanity.
It's Time!
Economic Exploitation and Racism will end, if we want it too.
Let us profit from prosperity and not the continued oppression and destruction of
"FAMILIES THAT LOVE EACH OTHER".
LET EACH OF US BEGIN TO CHANGE AND DO OUR PART TO CHANGE THE DIRECTION OF THIS NATION.
EACH OF US MUST BECOME ACTIVISTS FOR A NEW AMERICA WHICH PROTECTS THE RIGHTS OF ALL AMERICANS AND NOT ACTIVELY SEEKING TO DESTROY THEM.
You can start by organizing at the community level and make sure that your elected officials at every level of government represent the people's interest. In most cases it only takes a few thousand people to elect your judges, and city representatives.
Make sure your school board adds courses that prepare your children to be viable citizens because we know what works. Each high school should be a silicon valley, which teach trades, such as administration (excel, word, adobe, power point, graphics etc.), wood shop, electrical, music, physical fitness, home economics, nutrition, introduction to engineering, technology to match the jobs given to those entering on foreign visa's and the like.
So, the first stage in this process is by investing a very small portion ($20 per month) of your tithes, or income into an organization that will supplement your efforts to become the best person you can be, by being taught the possibilities while recycling 22 billion dollars throughout our homes and communities, through our education and personal development forums.
My goal is to quietly get 100 million households to participate in this ministry by each one teaching one. Each person invite 4 people, to share this ministry, and within a very short period of time we will reach this goal.
The next phase, after the one year in personal development and education in financial management, we will have the resources to start organizing new businesses in order to implement a new societal agenda and, electing new legislatures that work for the people and not against them.

The 20th Century Civil Rights Movement - Part I - was the Political Edition, which worked on raising the moral Consciousness of White America, which resulted in the enactment of some anti discrimination laws. These legal advancements are now being eroded because the old regime (151 years from slavery) is still in control.
"We The People" must become part of the solution and become more than mere consumers. We must become productive rational thinkers! Finally, BOTH BLACK and WHITE PEOPLE MUST GET OVER THE MASTER/SLAVE THING, and stop the WAR being waged on their behalf by "OUR" government on Black people and people of color, and Black people.
The 21st Century Civil Rights Movement - Part II - is the Financial Edition, which is about raising the Consciousness of Black America, and others by dealing with our own wasteful, and inappropriate spending patterns, which if changed could solve many of our own societal ills relating to poverty and despair. If we lead, once again the world will follow.

The objective is to take the concept of EDUCATION out of the classroom solely, and make the home a Personal Growth and Development Haven. But, in order to do so, the home must become fertile ground to Personal Growth and Development. So, set up an area in your home where there is peace and quiet, or a certain area to study quietly. Make sure your person (age 13 up) has a real computer, IPAD, not a phone, with a modem connection, and a book shelf, for their current and favorite reading material, including the home study material being presented herein. Set aside 3-4 hours per week (Time - 10% of 40 hours weekly work effort), for the study of the material for a complete year. Your whole perspective on Personal Financial Management will be expanded to another level of understanding and you would have inspired an entrepreneur in the process. Remember the home is a business unit and requires TOP financial management skills. It is also important, that you spend time within our Ministry on our FREE website. It will also allow you to easily share and discuss, this information with others.
